- contact information and information about your communication with Ridery Store (e-mail address, telephone number, date, time and content of postal or email communication);
- channel and campaign – the source through which the user-customer came into contact with the Ridery Store website (website or advertising campaign, i.e. action, promotion, cooperation with private individuals);
- data on the user's orders and issued invoices (date of receipt and execution of the order, purchased products, prices of purchased products, final order selection, payment method, delivery address, invoice number and date, name of the person who issued the invoice, etc.) and data on the resolution of product complaints;
- data on the user's use of the manager's website (dates and times of website visits, visited pages i.e. URLs, time spent on each page, number of pages visited, total time spent on the website, actions on the website) and data on the use of messages received (email, SMS) from the seller.
- data from voluntarily filled forms by the user, e.g. in the context of prize games or the use of the configurator to identify the optimal products for the user's needs;

All personal data that Ridery Store processes on the basis of the law is kept by Ridery Store within the legally specified period.
All personal data processed by Ridery Store for the purpose of performing a contractual relationship with an individual is kept by Ridery Store for the period of time necessary for the performance of the contract and for a further 5 years after the termination of the contract. Except in the event that a conflict arises between you and Ridery Store regarding the contract, in which case Ridery Store keeps the data for 5 years after a final court or arbitration judgment or settlement, and in the event that no court dispute has arisen, the Seller keeps the data for 5 years after the date of amicable resolution of the dispute.
All personal data processed by Ridery Store on the basis of an individual's personal consent or legitimate interest, Ridery Store will keep permanently until the individual's consent is terminated, i.e. until a request is made to terminate the processing. Ridery Store will delete such data before the individual's consent is terminated, only if the purpose of the personal data processing has been achieved (e.g. Ridery Store, in the event that it ceases to run its convenience club, deletes all personal data it collected for that purpose. Ridery Store would delete such data in such a case even if the individual who consented to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the convenience club has not terminated that consent) or if so required by law.
CONTRACTUAL PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
As an individual, you are aware of and agree that Ridery Store may entrust certain activities involving your personal data to other persons (contractual data processors). Contractual data processors may process confidential data solely on behalf of the seller and within the limits of the seller's authorization (in a written contract or other legal act) and in accordance with the purposes specified in this privacy policy.
The contractual data processors with whom Ridery Store shares certain data are:

FREEDOM OF CHOICE
You decide what information you provide. If you decide not to provide your information to the seller, you will not have full access to certain areas, i.e. functions on the website, and you will not be able to register on riderystore.com or make a purchase.
