Terms of purchase
Https://riderystore.com is a web store for the sale of equipment for horses and riders, as well as food products for horses and nutritional supplements for horses.
The Terms of Purchase govern the relationship between the Buyer and Ridery Store with respect to the terms and method of ordering, product prices, payment method, contract termination, exchange and return of goods, delivery, protection of personal data and other issues related to the use of the Ridery Store web store. The Terms of Purchase apply only in the case of purchases via https://riderystore.com, and not when the Buyer has purchased products in some other way.
The Buyer may only be an adult natural person with legal capacity and a legal entity. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity or that, in accordance with Article 117 of the Family Act, you have acquired full legal capacity by entering into marriage before reaching the age of majority and that you are fully capable of accepting these General Terms and Conditions. A contract on behalf of and for the account of a minor or a person with legal capacity may be concluded by his or her legal representatives or guardians, and persons with partial legal capacity only if they are not deprived of the right to dispose of their property and the right to conclude legal transactions.
Ridery Store bears no responsibility for any action contrary to these provisions.
PRICES
Payment is made exclusively in kunas (HRK)!
The Seller is exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 90 of the VAT Act. The displayed product prices are retail prices, do not include value added tax and are expressed in kuna. The displayed product prices do not include the cost of transportation, delivery or postal services, which are charged additionally.
Prices are subject to change.
In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, Ridery Store may, at its discretion, offer certain products at prices lower than regular sales prices, or with a special discount that is available under the same conditions to all Users or only to a precisely specified group of Users. The terms of special forms of sale, such as the duration of such a sale, the quantity limit of goods, the amount of the discount, etc., will be described in detail on the product page. After the expiration of the period of sale at prices lower than regular sales prices, Ridery Store cannot accept orders under the conditions relating to special forms of sale that have expired.
PAYMENT METHODS
Ridery Store allows you to pay for selected products in two ways:
When choosing this payment method, you should pay the amount of your order to our bank account with the order number as the "recipient number reference", using internet banking or via a bank, post office, Fina, etc.

Only after receiving payment (according to bank statements - usually the next business day) will we begin processing your order and send you the ordered products.
The deadline for payment is 24 hours from the moment of submitting your order. After this period, the merchant cannot guarantee the condition of the warehouse and the availability of the ordered items. If the payment was made after the deadline, and the goods are available, the delivery process is initiated. If the goods are not available, the overpaid funds will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the day of payment.
Please pay attention to entering the order number as "reference to recipient number" because this is the only way we can link your payment to your order.
In the case of payment via foreign accounts, it is necessary to calculate the transaction costs and increase the total payment by the specified amount, so that the final amount received by Ridery Store corresponds to the actual price of the order.
The payment upon collection ("cash on delivery") option allows you to pay the order amount in cash upon delivery to the specified address.
You will receive confirmation of payment from the delivery service courier, and you will receive the invoice via email within a maximum of 7 days, i.e. as soon as the delivery service pays the money for your order.
ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE IN OUR STOCK
We are able to offer you products that we do not have in stock, but you can order them directly from the supplier if you wish. We consider such orders as personalized special orders and can offer them to you with advance payment and a delivery time of a maximum of 15 working days in most cases.
For personalized special orders, product returns are possible in accordance with the applicable product return conditions from these General Terms and Conditions and with a refund of a maximum of 50% of the price of the ordered product from the personalized special order.
DELIVERY AND PERSONAL COLLECTION OF PACKAGES
Package delivery
Standard package delivery for all orders over 1,000.00 kn is free!
Ridery Store allows you two types of delivery at unique prices, regardless of the weight of the package:
Standard: 40kn (1-5 business days) or 0.00kn for orders over 1,000.00kn.
Express: 50kn (1-2 business days) or 0.00kn for orders over 1,000.00kn.
Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except for orders worth over 1,000.00 kn.
Product delivery is carried out throughout Croatia.
Delivery to islands can generally take a little longer (depending on the conditions and capabilities of the delivery service).

All orders received or paid for on weekdays by 11 am will be shipped the same day.
Processing and shipping is done by our logistics partners MBE Adriatic doo, and delivered by their partners, delivery services HP, GLS, DPD, DHL, etc.
In most cases, goods are shipped the same or next business day after receiving your order when paying by cash on delivery or receiving your payment when paying by internet banking.
Ordered products will be specially packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Please check your package when you pick it up and report any damage. Complaints are given to the delivery person. Delivery is made to the door of the residential building of the specified address.
Personal order pickup (only with transaction payment)

Personal pickup of orders is currently possible in Zagreb at our warehouse location for a fee of 15kn.
Personal pickup is possible only with transactional payment, because the warehouse location cannot be charged.

Order tracking
When sending the goods, we will send you a tracking code for your package (eng. tracking code), which you can use to check the status of your shipment.
If the goods do not arrive within the expected period (1-5 business days from delivery, according to the delivery service's regulations), send us an email at info@riderystore.com so that we can take the necessary measures.
Delivery to islands may generally take slightly longer (depending on the conditions and capabilities of the delivery service).

PRODUCT RETURN
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance shopping, you are authorized, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, or delivery of the last product from the order.
The right to unilateral termination of the contract is exercised only by products that are in their original closed packaging, with declaration and labels, undamaged and completely clean.
IMPORTANT: According to the law, there is no right to unilateral termination of the contract for horse feed, horse nutritional supplements and horse care products and leather products!
In order to exercise your right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must inform us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiry of the deadline by an unambiguous statement sent by post or email, stating your name and surname, address, telephone number and email address, and you may also use the attached example of the form for unilateral termination of the Agreement.

With unilateral termination of the contract, you are obliged to return the purchased products, which entails sending the products to our warehouse address Remetinečka cesta 7 , 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia at your own expense and inspecting the products by the staff of MBE Adriatic doo.
If upon inspection of the product it is determined that there is a right to a justified return of goods, we will contact you by email and you will be refunded the funds paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Also, if there is a possibility of exchanging the product for a new product, we will inform you about this.
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Pursuant to Article 75, paragraph 3, in conjunction with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, a decrease in the value of goods caused by handling, use, assembly/disassembly, reshaping and other use affects the right to unilaterally terminate the contract. Exercising the right to unilaterally terminate the contract implies the return of undamaged and clean goods, in the original packaging with declaration and labels.
LOST PACKAGES WITH RETURNED PRODUCTS
If the package containing the product for exchange or return is lost while being sent back to the Ridery Store, you will only receive a replacement product and a refund upon presentation of the tracking number.
COMPLAINT
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the user has the right to submit a written complaint, either by post or e-mail. Ridery Store is obliged to confirm receipt of the complaint submitted directly to its business premises in writing without delay. Ridery Store will respond to the received complaints within the statutory period of 15 days.
After the seller confirms receipt of the product, which is the subject of the complaint, and determines the defect/damage on it, Ridery Store issues an order for a refund to the buyer or confirms the delivery of the correct product.
RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
We hereby inform you that we resolve every dispute peacefully - amicably, as well as your right to use the mechanisms of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes by initiating an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure by filing a complaint with the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, and/or by submitting a proposal for mediation to the Mediation Center of the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
