Package delivery
Standard delivery for all orders over 1,000.00 kn is free!
Product delivery is carried out throughout Croatia.
Delivery to Slovenia is also possible, for information on delivery contact us at info@riderystore.com.
Types of delivery:
Ridery Store provides you with two types of delivery in Croatia at unique prices regardless of the weight of the package :
Standard: 40kn (1-5 business days) or 0.00kn for orders over 1,000.00kn
Express: 50kn (1-2 business days)
Delivery to islands can generally take a little longer (depending on the conditions and capabilities of the delivery service).
Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except for Standard Shipping for orders valued above 1,000.00 kn.
Personal order pickup
Personal pickup (Zagreb, only with transaction payment): 15kn
Personal pickup of orders is currently possible in Zagreb at the location of our warehouse for a fee of HRK 15. Personal pick-up is only possible with transactional payment, as payment cannot be made at the warehouse location .

Order processing and shipping
All orders received or paid for on weekdays by 11 am will be shipped the same day.
The processing and shipping of ordered packages is carried out by our logistics partners MBE Adriatic doo, and deliveries are made by their partners, delivery services HP, GLS, DPD, DHL, InSako, etc. Packages are processed and shipped every working day. Orders are not processed and shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, but are transferred to the first following working day.
In most cases, goods are shipped the same or next business day after receiving your order when paying by cash on delivery or receiving your payment when paying by internet banking.
Ordered products will be specially packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Please check your package when you pick it up and report any damage. Complaints are given to the delivery person. Delivery is made to the door of the residential building of the specified address.
Order tracking
When sending the goods, we will send you a tracking code for your package (eng. tracking code), which you can use to check the status of your shipment.
If the goods do not arrive within the expected period (1-5 business days from delivery, according to the delivery service's regulations), send us an email at info@riderystore.com so that we can take the necessary measures.
